Goff chokes

Well that's a real cop out, from Labour, I'm sure National too will eventually aspire to return to full funding, here's hoping for a real left wing party that puts education as a priority not a pipe dream. I really don't know which party is worse.

Sadly I think this means centres that were holding off drastic staff changes in hope of the light at the end of the tunnel will see that this dreadful policy will be around for at least another two years probably much longer and will then begin the slash.
